Running cubers

Parkrun today. First in nearly 4 years. Pb was 21:11 from a different course. Got 20:10. Tbh quite pleased with it as if I had done one 6 months ago I probably wouldn’t have beaten it. But my age adjusted score was down from when I did in 2019-20. I’ll still take it, my local course isn’t exactly flat

This is probably just a running term i don't know but 'Modified Boys' sounds so ominous bro.

WHY ARE THE BOYS MODIFIED? HOW ARE THEY MODIFIED? IS THAT EVEN LEGAL?
One of my friends competes in a wheelchair so maybe that is somewhat an answer to your question. He’s second on team with a 15:56 5k time. Wheels go zoom zoom.

Today I came 7th in a regional cross country 4000m race. It was my first race for my running club. I did it in 14:24. I was first for my club and I think we’ll be through to nationals.

Districts is only 2 days away for me. I'm excited to run, as for me, perfect running conditions is around 40 degrees. I won't sweat, and my mouth will not dry up. So it's going to be a good race.
My goal for this race is to break 17 for a 3 mile and try to get top 14 so that I can qualify for district

Good luck! Your 17 minute 5k is already very impressive. My season is ending and I’m still trying to break sub-20
