Recently posted thread list?

[ajmorgan25]

Hey,

I was wondering if there was any way to see a list of threads that I have recently posted in. Sometimes I post in multiple threads at a time and forget what section they were under. As a result of this, I usually search the forums for quite a bit to find exactly where I posted. If this is possible it would save me a lot of time. Thanks.

on the homepage, there is a list of online members on the right (EDIT: left). click on that, and it will take you to your user page as everybody else sees it. there is a link to 'all posts user has made'.
hope that roughly answers your question.

I just clicked on your username above your avatar, and went to your public profile. From there I clicked on "find all posts by ajmorgan25".

That only shows all of the threads he created, not ones that others created. There is something I can add called "My Posts" which will basically search for all of the posts that you have replied to or created and it will set them all up in a list for you. This way when you leave and come back, you can simply click on "My Posts" and see all activity in threads that you were active in. It does, however, send quite a few queries to the database.

There is something on Speedsolving right now called "New Posts", which shows all new posts since you last visited (logged in).

What I do is pull down the Search button, and choose "Advanced" search. Then I tell it to search for posts by my id. I limit it to just those within the past week, and the results come back sorted with most recent first.
