just a low quality of 3x3x3
no brand and it's only a $1...
so dont expect too much.
my customers bought this just for fun, so they can put novelties sticker on and display it.

Would it good enough for a mod or is it just completely horrible.

well, it glides well when lubed.
but only cut corner about 1/4 of cubies, and it lock ups alot due to the sharp cubies...
so I say it's close to horrible :fp

PS : even the corners are still hollow (not capped)

I bought these cubes a while ago, link, but I don't know what brand they are! They're really good, turn well, never popped or locked. They don't have a "rubik's" or a "V" logo on any of the sides; I have no idea what brand they are :o
I can take close up photos if necessary.
Thanks :)

looks like QJ 4x4 and 5x5s with stickers. although they say that the 4x4 is 6cm x 6cm x 6cm, it looks more like the regular 6.5cm QJ 4x4. (their measurements is really messed up, even without including the "6cm^3" mistake.)

But definately not a eastsheen or eastsheen clones...That brand has a exactly same measurement for the 4x4x4 and the 5x5x5 (kindda wierd)

Yeah, even tho the picture is genuine, the perpective angle is kindda wierd...

If the 5x5x5 is realy 7cm^3, than it's the biggest 5x5x5...
I think the Rubik's, Meffert's and the QJ's is 6.7cm^3 (exclude the tiles)

I just measured them, the 3x3x3 is 5.6 cm, the 4x4x4 is 6.5 cm (they lied!!) and the 5x5x5 is 7.0 cm.

Here is a picture of the 4x4x4's inside, and an edge/corner piece on top. The ball is not symmetrical, it rotates when you twist the red/blue/white inner sides (whether that's helpful or not).

Nice post!:D
So that's a Meffert's Clone. Although Rubik's has the same mech, but that thing looked very stable.:o
Are those tiles? It's kindda to thick for just stickers....

Anyway, so the 5x5x5 is really measured 7cm huh...that's big...
