These two "Frosted" cubes are only $4.58 (or €3.05) so they are quite compelling - does anyone here have these and have an opinion on them? What do you think the "Frosted" is all about?

I dont recall that neither Type C (I) or (II) have frosted sticker...
So i'm not sure that those are...

i..i don't know....popbuying have been stalking cubes so quickly that i could not keep up with every item.
but what i'm sure is that it's the eastsheen mechanism clone. although i am uncertain about this cube's quality, most of the eastsheen KOs are very bad from my experiance.
