Problem with my megaminx

I recently bought a DaYan Megaminx. It works but now I'm afraid to use it. 3 times since I bought it, while I was turning it, the light blue makes a loud pops and shortly after turning it a few times, the cap piece falls off and the cube falls apart.

It's like while I'm solving, the light blue side of the cube completely unscrews.

How do I prevent this?

Tighten it as much as possible, then turn it a lot. If it gets looser, the only thing I can think of is cramming a lump of blutack or something over the screw
