MF8 megaminx problem

Hi,

Recently i've bought a mf8 megaminx but there is a problem.
An edge and a corner stick togheter like crazy it almost looks like they've been glued.
So how can I seperate them, I tried to saw them but it didn't work..

I used a knife and a hammer =D

Did you try to lube your cube with silicone or Jig-a-Loo?

I think it's because the Spray Lube...
Did you use Jig-a-loo?

here in holland we dont have jig-a-loo and i got it from popbuying i'll give them an e-mail later

i haven't sprayed it at all

pop the pieces around it out then use an exacto knife to try and cut it or just snap them apart, mine came yesterday, you'll also need to loosen the screws under the centre caps too. and cut/sand off any flash.

Well, don't hesitate sending your complaints to Popbuying. They will send you crap because they hope you will figure out a way of fixing your problems yourself, but it's their responsibility to ship functional products!

I have had problems with DealExtreme, they send me a new cube, but still broken, so I will email them as long as I don't get my good condition 4x4x4! I'm a good consumer

Don't sand too much, or tighten the screws, 'cause it'll pop like you've never seen!

It's not popbuying's fault. A lot of MF8 megaminxes come like that.

Some do some don't. It's not that big of a deal because you can snap it apart.
