Can you help me this 1x1 scramble?

Scramble: y z

As you can see, green is top and red is front.
To solve I need green front and white top. If I use the parity alg, that swaps two centers, I can easily solve the cube by swapping two centers at a time, i just need to rotate first to apply the Alg then rotate back to undo the setup. Can you provide a reconstruction? I'm having trouble with that.

1x1 is so hard because of that stupid parity!
