I'm going to order these puzzles in 2 days.
Are there any bad types in this list?

I ever bought a cube that was nearly impossible to turn,
so now I want to make sure they're alright before hitting the 'order' button. :p

3x3x3 cube (F-II)
4x4x4 cube (QJ)
5x5x5 cube (YJ)
Megaminx (MF8)

Note: the cubes are all stickered, no tiles.

Thanks!

All good here have fun? :tu
Make sure you get some CRC if you already dont have some :P

For the F-II, I haven't a clue
For the QJ, Jiga-A-Loo that bee-ATCH
For the YJ, loosen it like 1/4 turn and Jig-A-Loo like crazy (within reason)
And, for the mf8, give up all hope at getting even tensions, just loosen like 1/2 turn and Jig-A-Loo it

Also, get a mini-qj instead of a regular one - they're better and smaller, of corse

That worked well in my experience, but I'd rather have a V5 than a YJ because of the YJ's unstable feel.

Those are fine, but i'd rather you would have got a v cube 5 or MAYBE even ghosthand. the Yj is reasonably cheap but in my opinion, not worth it

My friend got a Ghosthand, and it was the exact same as a YJ, but with a Ghosthand transparent logo.

Ignore the people that say ya haveta get a Haiyan Mem to get sub-20. Your list is fine. They're all great cubes. However, I would recommend the Mini QJ 4x4x4 over the QJ 4x4x4.

I you have a few extra bucks, you could also get a pyraminx. They're fun. I recommend the QJ Pyraminx.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that but it's the mini that I am going to buy. I didn't like to tiles on the bigger ones, they seem too thick.

I was actually looking to buy a Pyraminx but the Megaminx won the fight. Pyraminx is on the list for the next time. :D

QJ 4x4x4 mini -> stickers are sucks, better be ready to buy replacement. Maru 4x4x4 is also not as big as rubik's, but a bit larger than 6cm. It cut corners very nice, but the core can miss-align sometimes.
Lan Lan's is also nice. Same inner mech, but different feeling. Lan Lan is more smoother and more quite, where QJ is more rigid and louder.Lan Lan has better sticker qulity too.

YJ 5x5x5 -> I recomended not to buy this. It pops easily. I prefer QJ 5x5x5, or even v-cube if you're looking for the best one.

Megaminx MF8 -> make sure you buy the 2nd version (wider dan larger hooks). When came out from the box, the glidding is bad. Try to lube it 1st with spray or oil, before adjusting the tension. Sometimes this is just enough.
The stickers are great quality, also I love the bright pink colors. The tiles are also great, but I got with tiles came off sometimes(you can super glue it back tho), better grip, but larger in dimension

I agree with everything you said

This all depends upon where you are getting these puzzles from.

Here's my opinion:

F-II: This is a great cube--it's fast, it cuts corners decently, and it's easy to turn. This cube requires little maintenance. The original Sheng-En stickers are completely shitty, though. Find replacement stickers as soon as possible. Other than that, if you like a cube with a creamy, buttery feeling, go with F-II. If you like a crispy cube, go for an A-V or a HaiYan Memory (assuming this is in budget).

Mini QJ 4x4: Either really great or completely terrible. Personally, my experiences have been terrible with my cube. However, that's a long story, and it's so unlikely to happen to you. I've used other mini QJs and they're much more improved than the normal-sized QJ. These cut corners decently, have little outer friction, but need to be lubed at least three times on sequential days to get running smoothly. That's what I did. Other than that, it's a quality cube. HOWEVER, don't try to force turns. My pieces (as shitty as they are) break. Yours won't probably. My mini QJ story is really screwed up.

YJ 5x5 (Spring Edition): This cube is a quality, V-Cube-sized 5x5 with the V-Cube mechanism. However, its adjustable core and slightly modified pieces allow for less friction between pieces. This cube can pop if you're not careful, but it never has cataclysms.

MF8 Megaminx: Nothing to report (never used one, unfortunately).
