Food calorie measurement system:
SFC, Salami Food Calories
How it works:
Using the weight of one slice of Reduced sodium Italian dry salami by Columbus (4g) we find that the calorie content of one slice is 14cal, making 1 SFC=14 calories, making 1 calorie=0.07 SFC.
Why should I use SFC?
Eating a lot of Reduced sodium Italian dry salami by Columbus, making it much easier to count calories.

Why my MP3 Player is better than a modern iPhone:
1. MP3 player has a 3.5mm headphone jack
2. The MP3 has a better battery life (MP3 player lasts a few days)
3. MP3 Player has a MicroSD Card Slot
4. Better price ($30 compared to ~$1000)
5. Much easier to repair
