only 180 degree terns

hey I want you to help me come up with a solution to this scramble
B2 R2 U2 L2 D2 B2 D2 U2 F2 U2 R2 B2 R2 F2 R2 F2 D2 R2 B2 F2 L2 R2 B2 D2 F2

RULES you can only do U2 F2 D2 B2 L2 R2 M2 X Y Z so its like trying to solve Oscars Halve Tern cube. I have been trying this but got so close with some cases where I needed to do some 90 Degree terns.

HTM solving is really fun. I practised it a bit a couple of years ago. I can't remember the HTM H perm though. keemy will be able to tell you.

I got that a lot also the 3 edge cycle on middle layer that I know how to solve non-HTM
