Nub cuber here. (Introduction)

Hey everyone, nice forums you got here. I've been an on and off casual cuber since I was about 16, I am 20 years old now. I live in Toronto and my fastest time is 49.95 seconds. I never bothered to learn past the basic algs.

So I finally decided to purchase a real speed cube. Rubiks brand is pretty horrible. I narrowed it down to these cubes:

C4U 3x3 Speed Cube White
Lanlan 3x3 Cube White
Maru 3x3 Speed Cube White

Are these all fast cubes and do any of them come lubed already? I also need a lube recommendation, jigaloo seems to be doing a little bit of damage.. Thanks guys, see you around the forums.

I use a stickerless Dayan Guhong or Lone Goose. I hear Lubix is the best lube.
I might get a Guhong Lubix.
Im a nub too and ive never heard of any of the cubes you said...prob cause imma nub..

im an intermediate cuber but from the reviews and stuff, c4u 3x3 seems like the best on your list.... but look at reviews on youtube. I'm using a haiyan memory and that's the only cube other than a rubik's brand that ive tried.

For lube your best bet is silicone. Lubix/Differential Oil.

Get a guhong, a lot of people think it's one of the best cubes. Welcome to the forums!

I would go with a Ghosthand 2, I think its better than the ones you listed there. Or you could always just go all out and buy a Guhong or a Zhanchi.
