I have no idea what to do, for days and practicing I can't beat 2:07. I think i'm using the beginner method, not sure though. These are the algorithms I use:
Middle layer solving;
-Left side: R' U' R' U' R' U R U R
-Right side: R U R U R U' R' U' R'
Yellow(Top) Cross;
-Sides;
--Straight line: F R U R' U' F'
--Curved line: f R U R' U' f'
-Corners: R U R' U R U2 R'
Headlights (2 same colored corners on top layer): R' F R' B2 R F' R' B2 R2
The last move (No idea what to call it, but it's this position: http://prntscr.com/du4g38 ): R U' R U R U R U' R' U' R2
Is there an easy alternative to the algorithms to go faster? I usually have an average of 161 moves. (No idea what people mean by 20 or less??)

When you are ready, you can learn this. (Part 1 & Part 2.)

1) Your algorithms are fine, and are indeed beginner method algorithms. Look up youtube videos for fingertricks and practice them
2) Practice with this method will get you sub 1 minute for sure, and probably sub 40 seconds, although it begins to get tedious at that point
3) Long story short, don't worry about the 20 moves or less thing for now; it has nothing to do with speedsolving. An average world class speedsolve will be about 55 moves
4) The next step for you after you are averaging maybe 1:15, would be to learn intuitive F2L. Watch some tutorials on youtube and you'll pick it up easy.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll try constantly keep practicing. But is F2L easier than CFOP? F2L seems weird, I've never heard of inserting pairs into slots and that video wasn't very great in showing what's going on.

It's not easier to learn or use. But it is definitely faster.

What you use is after cross, you insert one corner into the first layer four times. After that, you insert one edge into the second layer four times. What the other method does is that it inserts one corner and one edge at the same time, four times to solve the F2L.

First make sure you're not looking at the piece you're solving while you're solving it and be looking for the next piece to solve. So there's no pause looking for it.

Make sure you have a good turning style (no wrist turning) and try to cut down on rotations/regrips (should be <10 for beginner's).

When you think you're ready (really as soon as you decide you want to be a real speedcuber), have a look at more "advanced" methods such and Roux, CFOP, Petrus, ZZ and PCMS among others and pick one that looks fun or suits you and begin to transition over.

F2L is what the F in CFOP stands for. It's what any serious CFOP user does. What you're doing isn't technically CFOP, because CFOP has 4 steps (cross, F2L, OLL, PLL) whereas your beginners method has 7 (cross, F2L corners, F2L edges, OLL 1, OLL 2, PLL 1, PLL 2)
