Hi, Jack's here
I got asked about why my Yau steps looks different than the others so I'll write down how the step goes for me
I hope this'll help your solves
Other things to note:
PLL Parity: u2 r2 U2 2R2(r2 R2 for the execution) U2 r2 u2
I got asked about why my Yau steps looks different than the others so I'll write down how the step goes for me
- Solve 2 opposite centers on L and R using mostly M, U and u, white on L for most of the cases
- Pair and insert 3 Dedges
- Solve left halves of the 3 centers first
- Solve the rest of the centers using remaining center, finish with off centered state (state where either doing r or r' solves all of the centers)
- Pair remaining 9 edges using mostly M, r, R and U, pair orders are written on following (3 steps goes reversing order of the offset so if the off centered state can be solved using r, the pairing direction would be r'): 9 >> 3-2-4, 8 >> 2-2-4, 7 >> 1-2-4, the rest depends on the case
- Insert remaining dedge, do z' and solve the rest
I hope this'll help your solves
