Yes you can move to 3-style from OP. I would personally suggest first switching to Orozco as it's a subset and would allow you to first adjust your memo scheme to deal with the change in buffers.

You recomend full orozco? (edges and corners)???

UF/UFR????? (what means the letters?)
UF means Up Front, so the edge that is on both the top and the front of the cube, specifically the top color on that edge because U is first, then F
UFR is a corner (3 letters, corresponding to 3 colors on a corner), Up Front Right, so the corner that is on the top of the cube, and the fronr, and the right. Specifically the top color on that corner again, because the U is first. If you hold a solved cube with green on front and white on top, UF would be white on the white-green edge, UFR would be white on the white-green-red corner. You could call UFR URF instead but it is normal to call it UFR. FUR would be different from UFR though, because it would be the green of the green-white-red corner (still holding green on front, white on top).

(I'm not a blind expert)

My recommended BLD progression would be OP/OP->M2/OP->M2/Orozco->3-Style

Maybe full Orozco would be helpful after M2/Orozco before 3-style as well
There's no point in doing anything between what you're doing and Orozco because you're just practicing with buffers you will abandon when you move to Orozco/3-Style.

M2 is not too hard to learn and a lot better than OP, but if you eventually want to learn 3-style I'd just jump straight to Orozco. Use UF/UFR buffers and BU/UBR helpers. J perm teaches UR helper but don't do that; it's just harder for no reason.
