So I just magnetised a gans 356 air, and I will be going overseas in a few weeks time and want to bring it on board my flight. I have been reading the baggage restrictions of my country's airlines (Singapore), and its said that magnetic materials are prohibited. Not even allowed in check in luggage!
The magnets I used in my cube are the n35 neodymium ones, and they pretty much do not attract anything outside of the cube.
What I am asking is if anyone has experience in bringing magnetic cubes onboard planes without the authorities confiscating it, either in carry-on or check-in luggage. Would be even better if you are from Singapore too and brought these cubes overseas
By the way, I know there is a thread about cubes in an airplane, but that was in 2009 and magnetic cubes weren't a thing back then. I dont wish to necro that thread again.
