I there,

I own a cube called «*Old Guojia*», so I suppose it’s a type A I. I really like the feel of this cube (like soap or butter), but I have a big problem with it : it’s white. I don’t know why but I can’t recognize colors quickly on a white cube, maybe an affair of contrast, I don’t know.

I would like to buy something similar. That is: quiet, very smooth, great at corners cutting, lighter than the type A, not necessarily very fast, … and black.

Thanks for you help.

Smothness:

F-II

Godly corner cutting:

GuHong

Quietness:

GhostHand II (not sure aabout the 2003A though)

however if i were you. i would buy the F-II... but if you do not mind the quietness. buy GuHong (with lubix of course)

Sorry for my Bad English

Lube whatever you have with white lithium. Just get rid of the dust or excess dried silicone inside or any other grease inside first.

Thank you everybody for your answers. :)

I already own a Lubixed Guhong. It’s a great cube, fast and smooth, a little too fast for me (I’m a newbie), but the Guojia is even smoother and quieter. My Guojia is well lubed. When I use it, it’s like speedcubing on ice. I really like this feel. I use the Guhong for the speed, but I like to switch to the Guojia for learning new algorithms or for training my look ahead.

I ordered a F-II a couple of weeks ago. It’s straying somewhere between China and France. I am impatient to receive it. If I’m not completely satisfied with it, I’ll also consider buying a GhostHand.

Why? The white lithium will color my cube in black?

Thank you for having made the effort to answer.
