lol the 1st link was funny
You may think it was funny, but Brett was being serious when he posted that. To find the guides I found for you, I followed the instructions on the link. I searched on Google, and typed in "
Petrus Method" and "
Roux Method." The guides I found for you were the first results on the search page.
That link was funny, but it was also serious. You wanted the guides, so why didn't you just search for one? I followed the directions, and found the guide in about 10 seconds. It's that easy.

anyone got a guide thats not youtube videos? im sorry, but i dont learn good from vids.
If you want to learn the Petrus or Roux methods for web pages, you might have problems. Both methods require intuitive block building, which may be very hard for a beginner to understand, especially from web pages. If you want to find YouTube video guides, just search them on YouTube.

I have been able to solve the Rubik's cube for about 3 years now, but, I always used the beginners method. I usually get times from 1-2 minutes (56.5 sec. is my fastest). I am now looking for a more advanced way to solve it so I could get a faster time. I kind of want one that is relatively easy to memorize, but if you know one that is like really awesome but kinda hard to memorize, post it and I will try it out. Thanks. Also, is you can, can you please post a good guide for the method if you can?
Please look at the
Speedsolving Wiki for information about different
speecubing methods. The Wiki link was on the
speedsolving home page, so you SHOULD have looked at it before. It's very helpful because it has lots of information provided by various speedcubers.
