[Unofficial] Kanneti Sae Han - almost 3x3 Single WR

I found this video after I saw a separate video from the same channel of Kanneti doing a J perm posted on this forum. Kanneti gets what seems to be a low 6, but hits the reset button accidentally, wiping out one of the best chances anyone will ever get to beat Feliks....:fp

I think this is even worse than Mike Hughey's similar reset (ruining a feet Mean of 3) in order to be first in the world to officially do every event.

That looked like 5.87 I think? Can anyone find a more precise time? I got it paused and his hands are like on the stackmat and it reads that.

Ok, I took out the stuff about uncertainty from my post. The question mark from the thread title should also be removed.
I think it's pretty clear now, but anyone should feel free to confirm/deny what really happened.

I paused it and the display said 6.80.

EDIT: Actually it looks like the timer was in the process of resetting which caused the 8 in the middle. Was probably a low 6 solve.

That's pretty solid proof there. Any chance the WCA can make a ruling and give him the WR? Even if that's a few hundredths in either direction his hands are definitely on the stackmat and it's definitely faster than the current WR single.

Screenshots don't really matter, because of the display lag. It's pretty obvious from watching the video that it's ~6.0x

He might have done what I did yesterday which is as he puts his hands down to stop the timer his thumb hits the reset button. Happened to me. No reason he couldn't have done it. THe result is a DNF anyway

i stopped it at the exact time his hands hit the timer and it reads 6:00 exactly and in my picture i circled where his thumb hit the reset button:

True about the lag I forgot that the displays are just a bit behind the actual timer. Man that's awful though. Clearly WR by about a half second
