Im not able to solve this case in 4x4 please help!!

So i came across this case while solving my 4x4. This is my first time trying as i recently got it. I just watched a JPERM tutorial and I'm on OLL parity.
I am not able to solve this case with the given algorithm. I've tried for 20 minutes straight but to no avail.
Could anyone one of you help me?

"Solve all the edges 1 by 1" (emphasis mine)

You just need to pair the edges by making each one solid. You clearly haven’t done this. Although I won’t ever know what you were thinking I’m sure if you watch and listen closer then it will work out

Pair the edges before 3x3 stage. This should help.

Yeah, both layer by layer and yau have an alg for it. If you run into this problem again here is the alg:
r U2 r D r' U2 r D' r2
