yeah interesting title i know right?
So I was watching Graham Siggins live and I noticed how every now and then he'd crack his knuckles. but it's wasn't just that, it's how he did it. he just pushes his knuckles into his hip to crack them. And that's exactly how I do it. I also saw Tymon do it before, and I remember this one ep of like monkey league where they were laughing cuz Matty cracked his knuckles so loud. I recall that there was a time when I couldn't crack my knuckles, but I do it all the time now. did cubing like loosen up my joints or whatever so that I can crack them now? so i just want to see how many of us cubers can crack their knuckles and if like there is a correlation perhaps.

I can by pushing my fingers down. It's a habit but sometimes I wonder if it's bad for my fingers since I mean they technically do hurt when I do it.
a scientist, in his thirties decided to test if cracking you knuckles is bad. for 40 years he build up the habit of cracking his knuckles in his left hand. when he was in his seventies. he had no more arthritis in his left hand than in his right.

Yeah I've seen that video
The thing is, you aren't hurting your bones or joints in the process. You're just popping air bubbles that appeared in them. It doesn't contribute to the gradual "decay" of your hands and joints.

when one cracks one's knuckles
that is literally just nitrous gases that has built up around/in the the joints 👌
getting expelled and that makes a *poppie* kinda sound when the joint gets pressured in certain ways 😲👀😺
you can do it with your "toe-knuckles" as well if you like 🤠
(the easiest gentlest way seems to be grasping the end if the toe and pulling lightly directly away from the foot✅

also I believe Beethoven and Mozart were big fans of such like
perhaps you should take up the pie-anr ¯\(°_o)/¯ bröh

Bro think he abunickabhi

a correlation of feeling more loose in the hands after popping them (like all of you who do it to the waist, I use my jaw to pop my knuckles instead)
I don't think its any actual change in solving, I think its on the person moreso
