This thread is for discussing and sharing ideas on keeping track of speedcubing progress.

As an example, I made a Google spreadsheet so I can insert an Ao12 every day to track my speed progression. I like to do this so I can make a chart such as this one:

This is what it looked like before I transformed it into a graph:

cool. that's a nice way to keep progress.
When I started cubing I made an effort to save all my averages on text files.
Later I did a script to compile those averages in a single file and made a web page to render those times, resulting in this graph:

On cstimer you can put a graph in the bottom right corner of the screen.

since I have been training lots of events lately I'm keep track of all my pbs on a spreadsheet.

on this tab I have a formula that gets all the fastest times from each other tab

Then I register the pbs individually on the other tabs
this way I know the date of each pb

I use a google sheet to keep track of my progress. @BenChristman1 has a great sheet in his about section or you can copy mine and fill it with your numbers (Link Below if you want to take a look) but if you use the same cs timer session forever, you can use the time trend function to see how your times decrease over time. You can also use the statistics feature for more info. On my PC everything fits but I’m typing this on my iPad, so they take up a little extra space.
