I think my turning speed is holding me back.

Some very good comments made before me, so I'll just mention the one thing that stood out to me the most.

Before that one general comment on how you should be approaching your practicing right now. I would say, for now, your LL (last layer) should not be your concern. Compared to the speed of your F2L your LL is plenty fast. Work on F2L now, and spend time later working on optimizing your LL. Based on your recent comments in this thread I think you are focusing too much on your LL at this stage in your practicing. Remember that it is possible, with a good enough F2L, to be sub-20 average with a 4 look last layer.

The major thing I noticed, more than any other, are that you do U and U' turns in a very awkward way sometimes. I can tell that sometimes you are gripping the cube on the U sticker of UBR or the U sticker of UFR and dragging the U face along with your hand by the friction between your hand and the sticker. Not only is this very slow, it's also very awkward. Always do U turns by either pulling the B sticker of UBR with your right index finger or pressing the F sticker of UFL with your left thumb. Do U' turns by either pulling the B sticker of UBL with your left index finger or pressing the F sticker of UFR with your right thumb. Definitely do not ever "press/drag" the U face by dragging the U sticker of one of the U layer corners.

Also, don't think that we're all trying to come across negative or overly clinical in this thread. We're simply trying to point out things that we feel may help, but don't let it come across to you that we are overly judgmental of you or your solving. These are just some things that we feel would help you in your solving.

Hope this helps!
Chris

- don't do U2 as two flicks of the same finger or as a wrist turn, always use an index-middle trigger (or thumb-index, but that can come later)
I'm just going to say "meh".

I very rarely use index-middle triggers. I force myself to on bigcubes, but on 3x3 I don't. I know that I should, but the main point I'm trying to make is that you can average sub15 with index-index. It is something I have been trying to work on for myself though, and is a bad habit of mine
Nakaji used index-index to get the WR. He "learned" index-middle for big cubes. I can't confirm this, but I'm pretty sure it's true.
