Ok,
I have learned M2/OP
I now average 5-7 minutes on average
How do I improve with this
I want to get it down to under 2/3
So I think that some of my weaknesses are that I probably don't execute as fast
And I could try to do my memo faster in some way
Are there tips that I could do to get down to sub 2/3?
Thanks!

I think at your level you should just practise lots to improve.
for memo work on your letter pairs and if you don't use it you could try audio memo for edges but this is not exactly necessary.
try doing some sighted solves to improve your alg accuracy which will in turn improve your tps.

I'm still a little bit confused about doing memo with audio
How exactly does that work?

you say the memo and remember what you said
for example lets say you got the memo "WN FE AU PH GA" I would just say "win fee aus puh gay" and just remember that rather than forming full letter pair words

What is your average time for memo/exec?(You don't have to exactly record it, just glance down to the timer every once in a while before putting on your blindfold). Honestly just practice, and I would also recommend doing setup moves for E-H and M-P(so the side targets) using wide U moves(e.g. you can do N with u R u')

I would recommend rushing your solves. Your success rate will definitely plummet, but it will be beneficial in the long term. If you don't rush your solves your memo won't be getting much faster and you will be used to taking that long for memo. However, if you rush you can push your limits so that it takes you less time to memorize, less time to come up with a word for a letter pair, and less time to execute. Rushing is fun and makes it even more rewarding when you get a success. Applesauce from the bld server recommended me to do this when I was averaging 7 minutes, which got me to sub-3 average after about 75 solves.

I agree with this. It definitely helps.
