How Quickly do you Practice?

Scrambling takes 10 seconds normally, inspecting takes around 10 seconds each time, and i put my hands on the timer generally for about 0.8s. Solving takes anywhere between 12-16.5 seconds. So an ao100 for 3x3 normally takes (in theory) 41 minutes.

Rn i'm practicing megaminx, and i do 25 solves a day, in between 3x3 solves which i do about 400 a day. I mever normally do this much but at the moment im very motivated to cube.

I probably spend around an hour to do an average of 100. CsTimer says I can do an ao100 in around 20 minutes, and I usually take around double the time to scramble and inspect. Then I usually take multiple 5 minute breaks that can add up to 15-30 minutes, sometimes more. I usually do at least 200-400 solves a day for 3x3 only. I sometimes do other events, but mostly 3x3, OH and 7x7.

Curious of how many solves people do in a day/session, but mostly curious of how quickly you do it. How long does an Ao100 take for you? (Including any downtime you may have, as no one is gonna be able to infinitely solve and scramble without any breaks ever
I can do an ao100 for 3x3 in about 50 minutes to an hour, depending on how inconsistent I am on that day.

For 2x2, it usually takes about 20-30 minutes.

I usually don't do ao100's though since I almost always delete entire sessions as soon as I start doing badly.

Sorry, doesn’t this add up to close to an hour?

10 + 10 + 15 = 35 seconds per solve (with the variance of solve, inspection, scramble, and waiting on the timer this seems pretty fair), which means 58.3 minutes per average, so overall with no breaks just under an hour at best?

I shouldve mentioned that wasn't including scrambling time.

Wow, you guys practice for like 26 hours a day compared to me. School is numero uno priority for me so I only have time for one puzzle really. It's always 3x3 since I really want to be sub-15. most days I don't even practice, yesterday though, I felt really motivated to learn this one pll so I did.
Its summer holidays in the UK, and we start school again around the 5th September, so i have a lot of time on my hands. Normally i have 0 time for cubing.

Well if I take under 20 seconds to solve each time (we will just say 20) and 15 seconds to scramble and a max of 15 to inspect, that would be 50 sec per solve. However, I tend to like hang out and think about the solve or something after the solve, so we will say about 1 min for each solve. Assuming no brakes, it takes me a 100 minutes to do an a100

Often my practice is just untimed solves recently, and I can do that while watching something, listening to something, etc. so it's hard to put a time on that.
But when I do actual timed practice it's normally a 1-2 hour session, and I don't do ao100s by themselves (I just have the stat in my big session) so in that time I guess if we do 8s for scrambling, 10 for inspecting, and ~9.8 for solving an ao100 would take me just over 45 minutes.

Edit: although realistically, about an hour given bathroom breaks, food/drink, etc.
