How do you turn R one-handed?

After 4 years of Cubing I'm finally switching from ring for R and R' to pinky for R and R'. It's hard to switch.

I don't turn R one-handed. I'm right handed so I turn L and U.

• L - pull with index or push with ring
• L' - pull with pinky or ring
• L2' - pull with pinky and then pull with ring
