Left handed turning?

I use right-handed algs for 3x3, but I do a lot of things (such as writing) left-handed.

Was just looking for advice from fellow left-handed cubers involved whether i should switch to left-handed turning for 2-handed 3x3.

Something I have noticed is that I am very good at pyraminx turning, and perhaps this could be because pyraminx turning involves R and L moves equally.

Any advice on this would be great!

I would say it depends on your preference. I'm a lefty and some algorithms are easier for me to turn with my left hand while some are easier to turn with my right.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think jperm is left handed too, and he does the left handed algs.

If you're equally good at R and L turning, maybe give ZZ a try? It won't require you to overhaul how you turn the puzzle as the F2L is naturaly more balanced between R and L moves

J perm is right handed but uses left algs.

Honestly your natural handed-ness (technical terms ftw) doesn't really matter. I'm a lefty, but I learned to cube using righty algorithms and am very solidly a righty in cubing. I don't think I'm missing out on extra potential from using my left hand; both my hands have equal potential, and I've just primarily trained my right hand. You definitely can switch to lefty turning, but it'll likely take some adjusting time, plus you need to somewhat relearn your algs (plus alg resources for lefty turning are scarce and you usually have to mirror everything yourself). Up to you, but don't feel like you're missing something by not doing lefty turning.
