my main method is ofc CFOP

and my avr is sub 20

i can do cross like 99% of the time in 8 moves or less and f2l most of my algs are like 9 to 11 moves

yeah so try to do a consistent flow for your F2L. Like put the timer away and just try to have always the same TPS and a good lookahead. Find a pair, figure out how to solve it and look for another pair

ok here’s how to be more efficient
1. Solve cross on the bottom in eight moves or less (with NO ROTATIONS). Watching example solves/WR average recons help a lot. Do untimed solves where you try and find the most efficient solution you can find. Efficiency during cross comes with solves upon solves so don’t stress about it too much.
2. Learn advanced F2L/the 42 F2L cases. Make sure you know them really well because that will become the fundamental step to lookahead. Learn how to solve F2L cases into the back as well. Don’t rush as you will forget the algs.
3. Learn 2-look OLL and 1-look PLL. This will make you more efficient by A LOT. If you’re good at memorizing things then you can even go straight to 1-look OLL but I don’t recommend it.

Slow solves really help for me, so my brain recognizes things slowly and can start to speed up.
