One of the most confusing stage in the multi blind attempt for me, is the review where we do not look at the cubes.

Is it necessary to do such a review? Does it help more to see the cubes and verify the tracing and memo once again?
Spending few minutes with eyes closed to review memorization helps consolidate our memo upto what extent?
