I average about 11-14 seconds on 3x3 and I am full oll, pll, f2l but I don't know if I should learn coll or winter variation or something else. Please send me info so I know what to learn.

Learning new sets might be fun, but probably the most important thing to get faster if you’re around 11-14 is to focus on the start of your solve. Cross should be sub-2 and can be done without looking, every time. Once that’s true, plan first pair. Or X-Cross. You should see Cross and first pair in inspection. You’ll be super speed if you can do this. This would help you more than learning COLL or Winter Variation.
It really all depends on the day. I usually get around high 13s. in good sessions i can get a low 12 AO100. my best AO5 is a 11.27. My best single is 8.47.

Do you have any ways that i can learn how to plan the first pair when inspection? I know how to plan the whole cross and do it blind but i don't understand how to plan the first f2l.
Honestly what I did was just take as much inspection time as you can and do it blind. At first though, I just tracked the 1st pair pieces and quickly recog, not as good as planning first pair and being able to do it bld, but far better than not even trying. Just try to do blind cross and 1 f2l pair and if you're having a hard time, just try what i did. I have to stress this though, take your time during inspection. it took me 2-3 mins on average at first to be able to do 1st pair and cross bld. It really was what pushed me to sub 12.
