Hi!
I am Matej, from Slovenia (You know, small country in Europe). First time, I solved the cube was in 2010. It was an old cube (I think Rubik's brand) from my grandma, it didn't spin well and it was really, i mean really slow. But it was good, because I was just a beginner. I solved that cube in like one and a half minute or two. And then, I bought one cheap from a local store. It was better, but still I wasn't satisfied with it. My solving times dropped down to a minute or so. And then I bought Type C II, or something like that. The cube was amazing for me
Much better than previous one. And I started to learn CFOP, bust just 2 look PLL and 2 look OLL. My times dropped down to 40-50 seconds. I also went to an WCA competition
I was somewhere in the middle with my time.
But then, I don't know why, I lost interest in cubing... 3 years passed by and I barely touched the cube. But then, on January this year, I was cleaning may room (yeah, the cleaning, it doesn't happen a lot of times
) and I found my old rubiks cube. I started solving it, and I think, I am back in game =) When I started in January, I could solve the cube in like minute and half, but now I can solve it in like 30-40 seconds. I also ordered new cube. ZhanChi
I hope it will help me to get better times. I think yes.
So, otherwise, what do I do? I am a student of Faculty of Computer and Information Science and in my free time, I am usually programming, or. learning to code
C#... and Java.
But I an mot all the time at the computer, I am cycling and hiking as well.
Oh, and I almost forget. English is not my primary language (It is Slovenian), so there are probably quite few mistakes. But believe me, I am trying to write as correct as possible. I am not really fluent in English, as you can read.
