Hi, I am a small indie game developer. I am interested in learning about the algorithms that are used in Cubing and will like to develop puzzle games based on it. I have recently developed a puzzle game called Sudo Tic Tac Toe in which I applied minimax algorithm. Looking forward to learn about algorithms. Thanks for reading.

What kind of algorithms? The kind speedcubers refer to are more like fixed sequences rather than computer algorithms.
Hi,
I am interested in algorithms which can can calculate the fewest number of moves to take take from one state to another state.

So something like God's number then, is what I think you are saying. I am not an expert in the field, so don't ask me, but the topic seems interesting! Good luck!
Thanks for mentioning God's number as I never heard of it till you mentioned it. So it has given me direction what to search. Even I am not an expert in this field but it seems interesting as you said.

I'm also an indie game developer! What engine do you use?

Thanks for letting me know about it. Checked it out. Looks very interesting and involves Group theory.
