Heard Jig a Loo Became illegal in Cali.

i live in southern California and it seem every Home Depot doesn't have Jig-a-Loo and every Wal-Mart doesn't have CRC Heavy Duty Silicone spray. Everyone recommends these products but i am unable to buy them in my area. If any one has any info about the laws or where i find these lubes in SoCal that info will be very helpful thanx.
