GAN 13 issues

How long have you had it/how much have you used it, out of interest?

I've only had it about a month, maybe around 350 solves give or take a hundred.
I traded for it at my last comp and it was basically brand new.
I've used mine a bit more than that, but did have a similar-ish experience at one point after not using it for a little while. Turns out there was a single hair in an inopportune place that I missed the first time I cleaned it. Sounds like maybe the issue with yours is more structural, though, if you've thoroughly cleaned already?

Yeah, I've cleaned it twice through and it feels super sandy and stiff. Idk what may have happened, but I just did some solves on it around 6 hours ago

I had the exact same thing with my gan 11 m duo! I took it apart and cleaned it with some isopropyl alcohol...not sure if this is the right thing to do, but hey it works and it makes the plastic like suuuper fresh feeling. proceed at your own risk. also, pour it onto a rag first and then wipe so to not get too much in the magnet adjusty things. afterwords, just lube it with like lunar. nothing heavy.
