Gan 356i V2 issues

Hey guy
My gan smart cube V2i keeps playing up. When I scramble it and then solve the cube it keeps thinking the cube isn't solved
I keeps resetting it back to its solved state but after I do another solve it thinks it's still scrambled again. Has anyone had this issue before and can help me?
