Fridrich Practice

Then solve again. Then work on finger tricks.

watch badmephistos F2L video on youtube to get help with F2L. If you're at 1:30 then your turn speed is either ridiculously slow OR you're pausing a lot someplace. I don't know what you're using for your last layer but try to plan the whole cross and even if you're not looking ahead during F2L work on recognizing where you're pairs are and then solving them in the fewest moves possible.

I don't know your experience with F2L, but when I first started, I lagged when looking for corners and edges. After a couple hours of intense practice, recognition became pretty easy.

You should look for what you're doing slowly and focus on that. solving repetitively does nothing. You should learn some algs that are faster than the current ones you know, look into alternative ways of solve and be aware of what you're doing wrong in your solves and fix them.

With all due respect if you're at 1:30 you're doing something wrong. Especially with Fridrich. I could do sub-60 with my beginners method. Since most of your time in a solve is spent on F2L you should improve that. Learn 4-look last layer may help but at your speed I'd be willing to bet you spend 25% or more of your solve looking for pairs or recognizing LL cases

Either this, or you might want to try a different method, If your times don't decrease at all with fridrich.

lol, why are you quoting me, these posts have nothing to do with what I said...unless I'm missing something.

No need to learn anything new; just practice until you're consistently under 60. After that, you can start learning F2L.

I think he knows F2L

Anyhow, keep solving the F2L portion of the cube over and over. Try to plan out the whole cross during inspection, and inspect for as long as it needs to plan out the cross.

Try (if you haven't already) learning full pll. It helps a lot.

I disagree with this. I use corners first, and I don't know all the corners algorithms, or all the bad cases for the edges. Even when I did use Fridrich, i didn't attempt to learn OLL/PLL before I was sub-30 for a single solve.

To clarify, with corners first, I have done a sub-15 average.
