I was wondering, as you use a Zhanchi, where did you buy it from? And do you use differential oil for the core as well? And where did you buy that from since I live in Melbourne as well. And do you mod or buy any modded cubes by any chance?

I can't remember where I got my zhanchi.
No, I just put some on the pieces occasionally.
I got it from a hobby shop, but there are a few online stores that sell it too -link
I hardly mod cubes, but my 6x6 is modded - I bought that one.
