Faster cross and F2L

I have seen a few videos on edge pairing and cross, but i cant build the edge pairing down fast enough (right now doing intuitive F2L) My begginers method average was 40 seconds, but since switching to CFOP it seems to have become slower at 1 minute. OLL and PLL (2 look) have cut time off the last layer but intuitive F2L and solving the cross upside down has easily added 25 seconds.

I was hoping any advice for F2L or good youtube tutorials would help me get back to sub 40 and maybe even sub 30! Thanks!

Really it's just practise and tracking that will make you naturally get better over time.

At your speed you may also want to consider learning other methods to see if you like them more than CFOP.
