Dude when you're averaging as low as you are, I doubt that anyone is going to be able to give you much help, particularly as you can't really see what's going on in the vid.

Just practice.
I'm pretty sure there isn't some sort of crazy secret to getting sub 10.
or maybe there is, who knows

erm...seems like noone has watched the video:
he is only solving cross+f2l.

i'm slower than this, but i did notice that you have pauses inbetween, so maybe you want to slow down just a tiny little bit.
or turn even faster while keeping the pauses just as short.
or you could work hard on x-crosses.

Exactly what I was thinking.

There are still some pauses you can get rid of and as Faz says, use your 15 secs of inspection or close to it. If you've already got your cross and know where your 1st F2L pair are going to be after 3 seconds see how much further you can look into the solve.

im no where close to that fast but i can see little pauses and things of that nature so of course better look ahead as you already know. Also, idk if you do it in practice but for me it help shave a few seconds and that is to bld as much of the f2l as you can. Maybe try and track more then 1 f2l pair during cross making?

thanks people , but x-cross , serious ?

btw, i did some cross+F2L timing today:
i'm about exactly as fast as you :)
but my turning speed is nowhere near yours, for me it's all look ahead.

I can't remember who, but someone has a video of inserting 2 F2L pairs, BLD. I believe he averaged around 10 sec solves.
You might have to start going hardcore with your F2L. I'm dreading the day I have to start inserting 2 pairs, BLD...
