Refuse to start any solve that doesn't have a starting double x cross? If you don't get one in competition, just politely refuse and send it back for another scramble. Then leave a one star review for the delegate and lower your tip amount.

Ummmm do you know Advanced F2L yet? Because if you have ever even watched a tutorial on it, you'll know it's inhuman to be able to do things like that (except if you're like Yiheng or Xuanyi). That's why you should probably set yourself slightly less ambitious goals and just work on look ahead or something.
