Alright. I'm quite the slow solver. I've been fighting with myself on how to deal with "Turning" the cube. Should I use double column turns? Should I turn the cube itself? Should I use face moves? So let me give you a quick example.

Solved cube: R, U, R', U', F', U', F, U.

How would you tackle this case? I've been doing.

U', L', U, L, (turn to the right) U, R, U', R'

I could use faces moves, but i find it slower. I could use a d turn to turn the cube, also slower.

So the fast cubers out there. What do you do for these situations?

I find that I can do a turn while doing a U or U' turn. But the regripping of the cube offers a slightly slowdown. I find it really hard to do F and B moves.
