Ed's Think Shop unresponsive?

I bought a cube on Ed's Think Shop (referred from CubeSmith) on August 29, 2 weeks ago, and I haven't gotten a response since. I have a printout of my purchase order with my email address printed perfectly and I've emailed his site twice now. I'm about to cancel the payment on my credit card. I was just wondering if anyone else had ever ordered a cube from this site and had communication problems?

If it is from overseas (which I think it is), it could take 20 days+. I'd say give it another week or two.

The site is U.S. based and promises USPS Ground shipping. I've paid for my cube and I haven't even gotten an order confirmation in 15 days. If I don't have an email by the time I get home today, I'm going to cancel payment.

I'm about as certain as one can be that my several emails went through. If he's on vacation or undergoing a crisis, I understand, but he really ought to say something on his site.

I've also been checking my junkmail, in case it got filtered. No response.

Interesting. I have never dealt with Eds shop, so I can't speak, but I do know things happen. I'd give it another 2 weeks before canceling. Worst case scenario is you cancel in 2 weeks. Best case is you receive.

I ordered from Ed's think shop, and it sent in around 2 weeks. I am with PJK, just wait for 2 more weeks then cancel.

Never dealt with them either, although I ordered a Mefferts 5x5x5 about a week ago.. anyone have good dealings with them? And if so, how long did the shipping take?

It took about 1.5 weeks to get my Mefferts order.
