Cubesmith Stickers

I found out about Cubesmith while looking for replacement stickers for the Rubik's cube. So I ordered $10 worth of stickers from them in mid-February. It is now June, and I haven't received any stickers or any refunds. I have e-mailed him several times, they have not replied nor have they sent a refund or the stickers.

Looking around many speedcubing sites, Cubesmith seems to be a very popular, affordable place to go for replacement stickers. Everyone seems to recommend it. Has anyone else had this problem? I was hoping maybe some of you may even know the people there, and can help me out.

A lot of people have problems lately with the lengthy time of there orders to be handled with. Then again I've spoken to some people who did got them lately. Personaly I'm still waiting on the stickers I've won at the sunday contest from which I received stickers 2 times earlier (they are cubesmith) but now still nothing...

he says on his homepage, that he is now "back from the dead". his machines was broken and he had trouble with the mail. but that was fixed a month ago and i emailed him twice already. hope that he will really be back soon.

I mailed them once also around Februari for custom tiles, but then I read that they where down and lost all mail, so I am thinking of mailing them again...

I also know a cuber who has ordered a custom logo set around December and still nothing

well he says that he still has all the orders because that runs over paypal. but he still didnt replayed to my mails. i know a cuber who got his tiles in march but i dont know how he did it, because the machine is broken till february.

Guess you guys just hit a rough patch. I ordered on Monday, shipped out Tuesday, received Thursday. Of course I live in the same state as cubesmith, but order got here fine.

I usually end up waiting like 1-2 weeks... But then again I live on the eastern seaboard, but still.

waited a week to get mine (ordered 2 weeks ago, got last week)
pretty impressive considering i'm on the opposite side of the continent and in a different country to boot

weird that there are no replies to e-mails though.. maybe cubesmith's just swamped with backlogged orders? or this new shipping method implementation..

this is pretty frustrating. I even live just one hour away from the address on his site.

You should try emailing him again. He did lose all his emails plus is equipment was down to. He usually compensates with extra stickers in cases like this.

He is currently in Chicago right now, so give him until after the weekend, at the very least.
