Community Feedback: how can the site improve?

isn't the point of blocking someone meaning that they can't see your profile or message on your posts lol
Well it depends on the platform. On certain platforms usually blocking just means they can't directly contact you or look at your profile. But on other sites, it changes depending on the rules of the site.

As for here, you can't block anyone to that extent. Here you can use the ignore button, which allows all of their messages and replies to be hidden from your page but not from everyone elses, allowing the rest of the community to read what they've posted.

In case there's any doubt, my request is very serious.
Unfortunately the ad blocker doesn't work on this because the avatars seem to have several links.

The blue arrow that appears on mobile browsers when you scroll down enough should be fixed. What I mean by that is this: If you scroll down enough, the blue arrow will go over the “reply” button on someone’s post. If you click the blue arrow then, instead of being taken back to the top, you’re going to be greeted by a reply box. This would be a good thing to fix.

This might sound stupid, but I want to seriously propose 💀 as a reaction, as it would be used a lot.
I've said this before, I'll say it again: negative reactions are not a good thing to have. Not even the ones we already have!

If you think a post is bad, it should fall into either of these two categories (with very few exceptions):
- not worth arguing with, should just be deleted (e.g. spam), so you should report it
- worth arguing with, so you should offer actual arguments on why it's bad

Drive-by negative reactions do not contribute meaningfully to a community. You already often see people complaining about getting negative reacts, especially from other people they have a "feud" with. That's not great.

... I can tell you aren't the most up to date on internet slang.
The skull emoji is used as "dying from laughing"

Move all cubing groups like "Skateboarding cubers" to their own section instead of in Local Cubing Groups. (Or rename it to Cubing Groups.)
Report them. They all belong in off-topic.
