Change in WCA Regultions

[Averageof12]

The news isn't officialy out yet, but the WCA has repealed the concept of a plus two! The new regulation states that the face must be completely off by one complete turn. No more pesky "its 45 degrees"! Also, M moves don't count as DNFs! Good luck breaking all your PRs with this new rule!
