Bad Days

So, today I have been averaging 5 seconds worse on 3x3 than I normally do (20 seconds), and I was wondering if anyone else had days like this or if it's just me. And if this is normal why does it happen?

Same deal for me kinda. I avg 16 and I have been getting 18's and 20's. I think for me its because I got more into clock and don't give a crap about 3x3 and because of that my cubes becomes more gummy.

Same, maybe if your fingers are warmed up, if the are cold maybe, and sometimes if you are not that concentrated

I have bad weeks more often than days.

When that happens to me I take a break for a day or two and then I go back to getting my average times.

I wouldn't say I have some bad days, but I have some good days. Its like if I break a pb one day, I break all (of that event) o n the same day.

For me, I'll average between-ish 14.xx to 16.xx with best solves usually being one sub-10 every other Ao100.
When I have bad days, I average around 16 but my solves are WILD.
Between legit like 9 - 19 seconds.. just all over.
I have Ao12s that look like 13, 14, 16, 16, 17, 12, 19, 10, 11, 18, 19, 14

Also late at night, I will just get worse and worse as well.
and sometimes at the start, like first 20 solves I am garbage because I need to warm up
