Hello,

My name is Leszek - I am the author of an Android app 'Magic Cube' which, as of version 1.11.3, implements 53 different twisty puzzles, with 10 more already in the queue.

It also has a 3x3 solver (standard Kociemba), about 2500 Pretty Patterns for Cubes, Pyraminxes, Megaminx & Gigaminx, a user creator of bandaged cuboids up to size 7x7x7, and tutorials in many languages for every implemented object.

The app is completely free without any ads or anything. Enjoy!

Hello!

After 4 years the app is still going strong. It's still fully free and Open Source.

Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... rted.magic
Code available here: https://distorted.org/redmine/projects/ ... repository

As of version 2.4.0, 135 puzzles are implemented; it also features over 2500 Pretty Patterns, almost 1000 tutorials in many languages, the following Creators:

- Creator of Bandaged Cuboids (up to 7x7x7)
- Creator of Bandaged Pyraminxes (also up to 7x7x7)
- Creator of Bandaged Dodecahedrons (up to 5x5x5)
- Creator of Bandaged Octahedrons (up to 4x4x4)
- Creator of Bandaged Skewbs (Skewb and Master Skewb)

and the following solvers:

- 2x2x2 Cube (perfect, , MITM-based solver)
- 3x3x3 Cube (near-perfect, 2-phase Kociemba solver)
- 3x3x3 Cube (algorithmic; 7 phases; implementation of the beginner's algorithm)
- 2x2x3 Cuboid (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- 3x3x2 Cuboid (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Pyraminx (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Skewb (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Pyraminx Duo (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Ivy Cube (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Skewb Diamond (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Jing Pyraminx (perfect, MITM-based solver)
- 6-color Dino (perfect, MITM-based solver)
- 4-color Dino (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Pyraminx Diamond (perfect, tablebase-based solver)
- Kilominx (algorithmic; 5 phases)
- Megaminx (algorithmic; 11 phases)

Super Floppy and Ghost Floppy also have perfect, tablebase-based solvers implemented, but those are only used for scrambling - I don't have a mechianism to input a starting position of a shape-changing Puzzle yet.

Also, while the app is still Android-only, I am now porting it to iOS - and it's almost done, Expect a release soon!

You mean a timer for speed solving?

I never thought about it as an app for speed solvers to be honest, it's more to play with various twisty puzzles in your spare time....
But yes, a good idea, I can include a timer.

Ok. I have a giant TODO list of various puzzles people have requested with more than 100 entries in it.
The Rubik Clock is there, I just don't get around to doing this particular request because it is such a different puzzle to all the others so the code to generate it would need to be completely new as well ... Lazyness :)
