We can see from the image there are two types of commutators or two and three. Se don't know switch can be done in 1x1, and this makes solving it very complicated, to solve a cube you need commutators and algorithms which are combinations of cycles of two or three pieces called commutators. This makes 1x1 an event for a very select few. Whoever makes sub 3 of 3x3 will be chosen to make 1x1.

if your 3x3 is already solved, how you solve it?

there is nothing to be solved. so you don't need complicated comutators to solve anything.
