    Happy new year cubers! My goals for 3x3 is hopefully sub-8 single, sub-12 average. I hope to get sub-6 on pyraminx, sub-3.5 on 2x2, sub-1:50 for 5x5, sub 45 for 4x4, sub-45 sq-1 etc.

    Just smashed my 3x3 pb with an 11.284!

    D2 F' L2 B U2 F' D2 R2 D2 R2 F R2 L' B' U L U2 R' F2 U' L'

    Also ii got an 11 minute 7x7 solve, beating my previous best by 6 minutes. 6x6 single is 5:56

    Got my MGC 6x6 and Spark the day for Christmas. Both great cubes. So far my current pb on 6x6 is 6:58 and my average is around 7-8 minutes after an ao8. I average around 18 minutes on 7x7 lol. (12 minutes better than when I first got the cube) I also received the bell Pyraminx and my times have dropped 4 seconds to 13 seconds average. (I got a 9.xxx seconds ao5 somehow)

    Both are great! I'm currently procrastinating about parity, and have since started to dislike skewb more and more. I can't even finger trick it properly and never practice it either. Have fun with you new cubes!

    Yes i will, I just relearned the parity alg so i can do it all western style.I now average around 30.

    I found a new Aa Perm! Its just a T perm but instead of R moves you use r moves. hold the headlights to the left and the block on your right. Tell me if it already exists or if I made it up

    i know its really good for oh i just thought everyone knew it so because of that i can do an a per from almost every angle(i learned the other 2)

    I had to separate the posts because of character limit, so here is the second half of my post

    I have taken a little more interest in pyraminx, and have dropped my average down to 15-17 seconds after learning some basic algorithms for last edges. To improve further I will need to get better at turning the tips and plan further into my solve!

    Improved my 4x4 times down to 1:13! If anyone wants to race to sub-1 I will be happy to do so. I also got a 56 second single which I am very happy about

    My megaminx times have also improved by 2 minutes as I have actually started practising the event. My PB single 2 days ago is not 20 seconds worse than my average of 3:30!

    I average 5.3 wish, depending on the day. Ill race! What about you?

    It really depends on the day for me too. One day I might average mid 4s whilst another ill average low 6s. most of the time my average is between low 5s to mid 5s though

    My 4x4 times have dropped 20 seconds from 1:45 to 1:25 with a 1:04.508 single! Probably because im actually getting into 4x4 now. Theres a chance it may become my main event. I dunno yet though. We'll have to wait and see :D

    Please do not get a 460. If you do you will never be able to tension your cube.

    I figure that if I get one I will get the Asou but we'll see. I've never tried a gan because they are too expensive(and I haven't been to a comp) but I don't really mind taking more time to tension or other things like that. Also, I have bigger hands so I don't think that the wrm would be very good for me.

    So, at the bottom right of someone else’s post, there will be a +Quote button. Click on it to add it to your multi-quote.
    After doing that, at the bottom left corner of your post, there will be a “Insert Quote button.

    The result will look weird, but when posted, it will become a quote!

    Met another cuber at tennis comp today. Sadly I wasn't brave enough to introduce myself. Its always nice to see cubers out and about!

    Yeah, that part’s pretty hard. For the longest time I couldn’t get myself to talk to this one guy, but it payed off when I did. A lot of the cubes I meet are slow, but it’s always nice to talk to someone who kind of understands what’s up.

    I've been practising a lot of 5x5 recently. My goal is to qualify for Melbourne Cube Days 2019, and hopefully make second round in 2x2 or 3x3. How fast do you need to be make seconds round in those events?

    I've also been practicing a bit of OH so I can hopefully qualify for that. My 4x4 times have gone down to 1:40 now so that's always a good thing
