well ive been trying to decrease my times/ averages and im stuck in the 50's and cant seem ti break the 45 second mark, im using waterman CN color neutral. here are 5 of my times
5: 00:59.82 x
4: 00:59.34 x
3: 00:57.49 x
2: 00:51.71 x
1: 00:57.12 x

Average: 00:57.10 Best: 00:51.71
Avg. 5: 00:57.10 3 of 5: 00:57.98

im improving on my inspection time for setting up my corners/ first edges, i still tend to pause for cube recoginition, and speed burst through the algs to fix them, my LSE seem to be getting faster thanks to me practicing ROUX latley.

my finger tricks arent smooth either, im not sure what to do to drop my times now.
or where and how i need to improve. any suggestion will help me out thanks.
i will try to put up a video with some solves maybe you guys can see where im lacking thanks.

I would suggest you spend a lot of time practicing to do all the stages much faster. Once you learn do do them much faster you will soon find that your times decrease.

yeah i have been working on roux, havent been at it a week quite yet, but im getting there. i will do some times and see where i site since waterman, and roux are close to each other.

You should practice sub step first, before moving on to time every single one of your solves. For Roux, really practice your blocks. Making them very efficient and turning slow to lookahead. For CMLL, work on recognition. Find those patterns . In LSE, go at a continuous flow and turn not to spam Moo.

do you have a link to the CMLL's and PLL's for the last steps for roux, im getting my LSE down faster while recognitizing them better, due to using waterman for a little while. thanks.

For LSE dont stress on instant recognitizeation, more on progressive. So you look ahead and don't pause at all.
