For Sune just do R, push U with left index, R' U R in right hand, U2' with left index middle, then R'.

R' U2 R U R' U R (the inverse of your Antisune) can be executed faster than the sune you do I think. Does Breandan use these 2? His sunes and antisunes are freakishly fast.
